Orlando home sales experienced a 7 percent year-over-year jump in November, along with a 9 percent increase in median price.
Inventory of homes available drops again to 9270 properties available for sale.  Strong job market continues to be a driving force in the increased demand.
Orlando has been ranked number 1 city in the US for Job Growth.   November 2015 to November 2016:  4.5% change with 53,100 new Jobs.
Orlando continues to be a major tourist destination and the airport set to build a 1.8 billion southern terminal to accommodate the increase in visitors.  Florida broke record again of 110 Million visitors in 2016.
