Cash investors continue to drive the Real Estate recovery in full force.  All Cash purchases represented 49% of all residential sales, up from 40% in August, and 30% a year ago.   Florida is one of the hottest markets in the US among investors due to price affordability.   One area to keep an eye on is Kissimmee since prices are still relatively low and will have great potential in the future.  A 2000 sq ft home with a pool for $150,000 is unheard of in other parts of the world!   Example:  Link

Banks still have inventory of foreclosures but it is much lower than what they had 2 to 3 years ago.  Market will probably continue in the same positive pace as the two previous years as inventory of foreclosures is decreasing.
